Caring Instructions

Please read and follow these instructions to ensure a safe environment for all visitors to Backyard Garden.

  1. Understanding and respecting each party’s privacy and boundaries is to be expected.
  2. Our working hours start from 9 AM to 10 PM (GMT +7). Should the Fairy fail to answer visitor’s inquiry for more than 1 hour, visitors may contact the Flower directly.
  3. All inquiries and bookings will be handled through the bot. The Fairy will be assisting you through it.
  4. We highly encourage all visitors to send us a message through Telegram for a better and faster response time. Visitors who DM the Fairy or the Flowers are expected to tag respective accounts in a tweet after DMing, as the notification might not pop up.
  5. We aim to create a space that’s comfortable to all audience, including the LGBTQIA+ community. No judgment or disrespect will ever be allowed.
  6. We allow booking the date before sending the form or making a payment. However, if there’s no confirmation after 3×24 hours or H-1, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
